Problem: I use Vista and when clicking on the Vista icon nothing happens
Solution 1: Try switching DEP on if that doesn't work turn it off,
Steps - To Do this please do the following
- In Vista click Start -> Control Panel open "System and Maintenance" and then select the "Performance Information" icon **if classic view go straight to and choose the "Performance Information" icon.****
- On the window that appears, click "Adjust Visual effects" on the left navigation column.
- Change to the "Data Execution Prevention" tab.
- Select the "Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select" radio button and click "Add." In the window that appears, navigate to C:\Program Files\Dealbook 360\DealbookFX.exe, select the executable file, click "Open" and then "Apply" in the "Performance Options" window.
Solution 2 - Enable Admin mode
Steps -
Right click on the Dealbook 360 icon and select properties, then select the compatibility tab and place a check mark in the box "Run as admin" hit apply and then ok.
